This large terraced house in Hampstead is located close to the heath. It was converted into three separate flats.
In 2003 the Ground Floor Flat and Upper Maisonette were recombined into one spacious three-story family home. Special attention had to be paid to the soundproofing between the Ground Floor and the Basement Flat.
